Pricing and build sprints

SaaS development pricing: typical ranges and timelines

Three ways to work with us, with typical price ranges. Your written quote follows a scoping conversation and depends on your features and integrations.

  • Lean MVP sprint
  • Production B2B SaaS
  • Dedicated SaaS pod

What are the three typical packages?

  • Lean MVP sprint: $7,500 to $12,500. A fixed-price core feature set with authentication and Stripe billing. Typical delivery is about four weeks once the scope is agreed. See SaaS MVP development.
  • Production B2B SaaS: $18,000 to $35,000. Multi-tenancy, team roles and integrations, paid by milestone. Typical delivery is 8 to 12 weeks. See custom SaaS development.
  • Dedicated SaaS pod: $5,500 per month per engineer. A senior engineer on a monthly retainer for continuous features and DevOps.

These are typical ranges, not offers. Your quote can sit inside or outside them.

What changes the price?

Scope drives cost more than anything else. The main factors are:

  • The number and complexity of features.
  • The tenancy model and any data residency needs.
  • Third-party integrations and their APIs.
  • Billing rules such as usage-based pricing, tax and invoicing.
  • Whether you need UI and UX design or already have designs.
  • Any AI features.
  • Regulated work, such as healthcare, which adds access control and audit work.

How does a written quote work?

Start with a chat on WhatsApp or Telegram. We ask about the product, the customers and the features that matter most. We then send a written scope, an architecture outline and a price range for the work described. If the scope changes later, we update the quote in writing before extra work begins.

The quote lists what is included, what is not, the milestones and the services you will need accounts for. Read it, ask questions and compare it with any other offer.

Larger builds are split into milestones agreed in the written scope. Each milestone covers a defined part of the product, and you review a working build before the next payment is due. Timelines assume timely feedback from your side. Delays in review or changes in scope move the dates.

What are the honest limits?

We cannot promise a price before we understand the scope, and we do not promise revenue, users or launch results. Hosting, third-party services and Stripe fees are paid by you, to your own accounts, and are not part of the build price. The client owns the code and the accounts it pays for. See contact to start.

Questions about saas dev agency in United States

Is the MVP price really fixed?

The lean MVP sprint is fixed-price for the scope we agree in writing. If you add features or change direction after that, we tell you what it affects and quote the change before doing it. Typical delivery of about four weeks assumes you review work promptly.

Can I pay monthly instead of per project?

Yes. The dedicated SaaS pod is $5,500 per month per engineer. It suits products that need steady feature work and DevOps rather than a single build. You set the priorities, and we review progress with you on a regular rhythm that we agree at the start.

What is not included in these prices?

Hosting, domains, email and messaging services, other third-party subscriptions and payment processing fees are not part of the build price. You hold those accounts yourself. We list the expected services in the written scope so that nothing is a surprise later.

Why are these shown as ranges?

Two SaaS products with the same name for a feature can differ widely in effort. Ranges show where typical projects land. Only a scoping conversation tells us where yours sits, so the written quote, not this page, is what we work to.

Can the scope change after we start?

Yes, within reason. Priorities often shift once real users see the product. We tell you what a change affects in time and cost, and you decide whether to go ahead. Nothing extra is built or billed until you have agreed to it in writing.
