Custom SaaS development

Custom SaaS development for B2B and B2C products

We build the whole product: web app, API, database, billing, user accounts and deployment. You get a written scope and a price range before any build starts.

  • Multi-tenant by design
  • Stripe billing and team roles
  • You own the code

What custom SaaS development means here

Custom SaaS development means building a subscription software product around your own workflows, instead of bending an off-the-shelf tool until it almost fits. We build the whole product: the web application, the API, the database, billing, user accounts and the pipeline that ships it.

The product can serve businesses (B2B, with teams, roles and shared workspaces) or consumers (B2C, with individual accounts and simple plans). We scope it with you first, then build in sprints that produce working builds you can click through and test.

What is usually in the build

  • Tenancy: each customer's data kept separate, covered in detail on our multi-tenant architecture page.
  • Authentication: email and password, magic links, Google or GitHub sign-in, and passkeys where they fit.
  • Roles and audit logs: owner, admin and member permissions, plus a record of who changed what.
  • Billing: Stripe subscriptions, trials, invoices, a customer portal and webhook handling.
  • Email: transactional messages through a provider such as Resend or SendGrid.
  • Admin tools: screens so your own team can support customers.

A typical stack is a TypeScript front end in Next.js with Tailwind CSS, a NestJS or Python FastAPI back end and PostgreSQL. We pick the stack with your team, not against it. More detail is on the tech stack page.

How a project runs

  1. You message us on WhatsApp or Telegram with the product idea, the customers and the features that matter most.
  2. We hold a scoping conversation, then send a written scope, an architecture outline and a price range.
  3. We build in sprints and show working builds along the way.
  4. We test, launch with monitoring in place and hand over the documentation.

The client owns the code and the accounts it pays for. The repository lives in your account, and we sign an NDA on request.

A production B2B platform with multi-tenancy, team roles and integrations typically costs $18,000 to $35,000 and takes 8 to 12 weeks, paid by milestone. If you only need a first release, read about SaaS MVP development instead.

These are typical ranges, not offers. The number of integrations, the amount of custom workflow logic, data migration and compliance needs all move the figure, and so does how quickly you give feedback. A written quote follows the scoping conversation. See the pricing page for all three engagement types.

What custom development cannot do

Building the software does not create customers. We do not promise revenue, signups, rankings or investor interest, and an estimate is an estimate. If scope grows during the build, we discuss it and put the change in writing before doing the work. If your product handles regulated data, tell us early so the design can account for it.

  • SaaS only
  • Multi-tenant design
  • Stripe billing
  • Client owns the code

How it works

  1. Message us on WhatsApp or Telegram

Describe the product, the customers and the features that matter most.

  2. We scope and quote

You get the plan, the architecture outline and a written price range.

  3. We build and ship

Working builds each sprint, then a tested production launch.

Questions about saas dev agency in United States

How is custom SaaS different from a template or no-code tool?

A template or no-code tool is fast to start but limited by what the platform allows. Custom SaaS is built to your data model, your permissions and your billing rules, and you can change anything later. The tradeoff is cost and time. For a simple idea, a no-code test can be a sensible first step, and we will say so if it fits.

Do I own the code and the accounts?

Yes. The code is yours, and the cloud, Stripe, domain and email accounts the project uses are set up in your name and paid by you. We ask for a written scope up front so ownership and deliverables are clear on both sides before work begins.

Can you take over a product another team started?

Often yes, after we read the code and run the app. We first tell you honestly whether it is worth building on or whether parts need to be rewritten. If it is a live product with performance or structure problems, see refactoring and scaling.

How long does a custom SaaS take to build?

It depends on scope. A lean first release is typically about four weeks, and a production B2B platform typically takes 8 to 12 weeks once the scope is agreed. Slow decisions or late feedback stretch those timelines, and we will tell you early if something is putting a date at risk.

Can you add AI features to the product?

Yes. We build language model features, document search and vector search into SaaS products. They are scoped separately because they bring their own cost, data-privacy and accuracy questions that deserve a proper conversation. Details are on the AI features for SaaS page.
