SaaS UI and UX design

SaaS UI and UX design for onboarding and daily use

Application design for the screens people use most: sign-up, onboarding, dashboards, tables, settings and billing, designed together with the engineers who build them.

  • Wireframes and prototypes
  • Onboarding and empty states
  • Design system for the code

Designing an application, not a brochure

A SaaS interface is not a marketing page. People use it repeatedly, often for work, so it has to make dense information easy to scan and common tasks quick. Good SaaS UI and UX design is about the first session (does a new user reach a useful result?) and about the daily visit (is the usual task fast and clear?).

We design the application screens and the flows between them, with a focus on activation: helping a new user reach the first moment of value.

What we design

  • Sign-up, sign-in and onboarding flows, including empty states and first-run guidance.
  • Dashboards, data tables, filters, forms and detail views.
  • Settings, team management, roles and permission screens.
  • Billing screens: plan selection, upgrade, invoices and failed-payment notices.
  • Admin screens for your own support team.
  • Email templates that match the product.

We deliver Figma wireframes and a clickable prototype first, so you can react to the flow before any code is written.

A design system that matches the code

Designs often drift away from what gets built. To prevent that, we create a small design system with colors, type, spacing and reusable components, and implement it in the front end, typically with Tailwind CSS and a component library in Next.js. Developers and designers use the same building blocks, so new screens are faster to add later.

We design with accessibility in mind: keyboard navigation, readable contrast and clear labels. That is not a formal accessibility audit or a compliance claim, and we say so plainly.

Design is usually scoped inside a build. The wireframes and prototype are part of the lean sprint described under SaaS MVP development, and the full visual design system is part of a larger custom SaaS development project. A design-only engagement is possible and quoted after scoping, with the ranges on the pricing page as a reference for builds. Scope, number of screens and rounds of feedback change the figure.

What design cannot promise

Design makes a product clearer, but it cannot promise higher activation, conversion or retention. Those depend on your market, your pricing and your users. We recommend testing the prototype with a few real target customers, which you would need to recruit, and changing the design based on what you see.

  • SaaS only
  • Multi-tenant design
  • Stripe billing
  • Client owns the code

How it works

  1. Message us on WhatsApp or Telegram

Describe the product, the customers and the features that matter most.

  2. We scope and quote

You get the plan, the architecture outline and a written price range.

  3. We build and ship

Working builds each sprint, then a tested production launch.

Questions about saas dev agency in United States

Do you only design, or also build the interface?

Both. Most clients have us design and build, because the same team can keep the designs realistic. If you already have a designer or a front-end team, we can deliver a design only or work from your designs and build them.

Can you redesign the interface of a live product?

Yes. We start by walking through the current product and noting where users get stuck, then redesign in stages so you do not have to switch everything at once. Changes to a live interface should be released carefully so existing customers are not confused.

Which design tools and formats do you use?

We design in Figma, and you receive shareable files plus a clickable prototype. The design system is also implemented in code. You get access to the Figma file so your own team can keep working on it comfortably after delivery.

How do you improve onboarding and activation?

We identify the first useful result a new user should reach, then remove steps, add guidance and use sample data or empty-state prompts to get there. We cannot promise a specific improvement, but we can make the path short and measurable, with events your team can track.

Do you design mobile layouts?

We design responsive web applications so they work on phones and tablets. Native iOS or Android apps are a different kind of project and are not covered by this service. If you need one later, we can discuss it separately and tell you honestly whether we are the right team for it.
